This policy explains what information Jefferson Window Supply collects through www.jeffersonwindowsupply.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We have tried to write it in plain language rather than legal boilerplate.
Jefferson Window Supply sells to contractors, builders and installers only. This site is a business-to-business site and is not intended for consumers shopping for windows for their own home.

For the purposes of this policy, Jefferson Window Supply is the party responsible for the information described below.
What this policy covers
This policy covers this website only. Our dealer application at app.jeffersonwindowsupply.com is a separate, password-protected system with its own terms, and information you enter there is governed by the agreement covering your dealer account rather than by this page.
Information you give us
The only place this site asks you for information is the dealer pricing request form. When you submit it, we receive:
- Your name
- Your company name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- The city or market you work in
- Roughly how many window jobs you do per year
- Anything you choose to write in the notes field
You may also contact us directly by phone or email, in which case we have whatever you choose to tell us. We do not ask for and do not want financial account numbers, government identification numbers, or any other sensitive personal information through this site. Please do not send them.
How we use it
To respond to your request, send dealer pricing for your market, set up a dealer account if you want one, and follow up about our products and services. We use it for our own business purposes. We do not sell it.
Information collected automatically
Like nearly every website, this site records basic technical information when you visit — your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the time of your visit, and the site or ad that referred you. This happens through our hosting provider's standard server logs and through the advertising and analytics tools described in the next section.
Advertising and analytics tools
Meta Pixel
This site uses the Meta Pixel, a tool provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram). It sets cookies in your browser and sends Meta information about your visit — including your IP address, browser and device information, the pages you view on this site, and whether you submitted the dealer pricing form.
We use it to:
- Measure whether our Facebook and Instagram advertising is working
- Show our ads to people who have visited this site
- Help Meta find other contractors and builders who resemble our existing audience
Information collected by the pixel is processed by Meta under Meta's own Privacy Policy, and Meta may use it for its own purposes as described there. You can review and change how Meta uses your data for advertising in your Meta ad preferences.
Analytics
We may also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and move through this site. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects similar technical information, which is processed by Google under its own privacy terms. You can prevent it from collecting your data using Google's opt-out browser add-on.
Cookies
The cookies on this site come from the tools above rather than from us directly. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings — every major browser allows this. Blocking them will not stop you from using this site or submitting the form.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with other window suppliers, competitors, or list brokers. We do rely on a small number of service providers to run this site, and information passes through them:
- Formspree — processes and delivers the dealer pricing form to us
- Vercel — hosts this website and keeps standard server logs
- Google Workspace — our email, where your message ends up
- Meta Platforms — as described under Advertising above
- Google — as described under Analytics above
We may also disclose information if we are required to by law, or if it becomes necessary to protect our rights or someone's safety. If this business is ever sold or merged, business records including customer information may transfer as part of that transaction.
Your choices
- Email. Every message we send has an unsubscribe option, or just reply and tell us to stop. We will.
- Advertising. Adjust Meta's ad preferences, or opt out of interest-based advertising across many companies at optout.aboutads.info.
- Cookies. Block or clear them in your browser settings.
- Access and deletion. Email us and ask what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will do it. You do not need to live in a particular state to ask.
Do Not Track
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is still no common standard for how a site should respond to one, and this site does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. We do honor the choices described above.
How long we keep information
We keep dealer inquiries for as long as we have an active or prospective business relationship with you, and afterward only as long as we need to for our records. Ask us to delete yours and we will. Data held by Meta and Google is retained according to their own schedules, which we do not control.
Security
This site is served entirely over HTTPS, and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we also do not collect payment details or sensitive identifiers here, which limits what is at stake.
Children
This is a trade site for construction professionals. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
Where we operate
We sell to the trade in the United States, and information we collect is stored and processed in the United States. If you visit from outside the United States, be aware that your information will be handled here, under United States law.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the effective date at the top. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
